Terms & Conditions

Payment Due
You pay, we bake! Payment is required up front.  By providing full payment you are securing a spot on our calendar! Please note payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
 

No show= No cookies
We value our time and hope you do as well. In the event where you do not show up to the agreed pick-up time, you are forfeiting your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 2 days prior to your pick-up time.
 

Refunds
We can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, We cannot offer refunds as the purchase for products have already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!
 

Delivery Clause
We prefer for all orders to be for pick up. If required, we can offer delivery if you live within 10 miles of the pick-up location for an additional fee!
 

Pick-up Dates and Times
Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! We have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar!
 

Change Cutoff
Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made up to 2weeks before the pick-up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
 

Inspiration
While we appreciate inspiration pictures, they are just that - inspiring. In the event where other cookies are brought as inspiration, we will not recreate the exact design without the consent of the original cookie artist. We will use our best judgement to create favorable designs for you, which may not include strict adherence to your suggestion. We will try to keep it as close as possible.

Covid Care
We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid (or just sick), and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.
 

Lastminute order?
We do not have the ability to accommodate all last minute orders, we will however make our best effort to do so. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee.

Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. We’re always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to our clients.This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).
 

Product Photography
Say Cheese!! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let us know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with us.
 

Copycats
Copyright images (think Star Wars and Disney) are protected and we won’t be able to replicate those baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?).We can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!
 

Pictures are worth a thousand words
But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (Which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)
 
 
It’s All Yours Now.
Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.
 

No Ghosts
(I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 6 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Please give me about 4 hours to reply (business hours) – I’m usually covered in dough!

Achoo!Allergies?
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known as allergens. While we can do our best to accommodate, but we can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for ya!
 

Cottage Food Laws
This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of State Health Services. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin*
 

In Sickness and in Health
While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.
 

Weather Clause
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!
 

Refunds
While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit maybe issued for a future order.
 

Bulk Order?
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget

Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because our cookies are awesome. Awesome!
